Join Our Leadership Team as an Executive Business Partner – Drive Strategic Success from the Front Lines!
Are you a proactive, detail-oriented professional passionate about supporting top executives and shaping organizational success? We’re looking for an Executive Business Partner who can be a trusted partner to our CEO and Executive Committee, ensuring seamless operations and strategic alignment.

 

 

What you’ll be doing: 

  • Coordinate and facilitate the agendas for ExCom meetings, ensuring focus on strategic priorities and key decisions.
  • Prepare executive briefings, presentations, and decision materials with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Track progress on strategic initiatives, escalate risks or delays, and ensure timely follow-through.
  • Manage the CEO’s and ExCom’s operating rhythm, including scheduling, governance meetings, and review cycles.
  • Support high-priority projects and initiatives, providing logistical and administrative support to drive success.
  • Handle travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and correspondence to ensure smooth executive operations.
  • Serve as a trusted liaison across teams, providing regular updates and ensuring effective communication.
  • Assist in capturing and documenting decisions, ensuring alignment and accountability across the organization.

What you'll bring: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Services, or a related field; advanced certifications are a plus.
  • 1 to 5+ years of experience supporting senior leadership or C-suite executives, ideally in a strategic role.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and proactive time management to handle multiple complex projects.
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and experience in project management or PMO roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and web-based collaboration tools.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with a high level of professionalism and discretion.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with tact and confidentiality.
  • A positive, resilient attitude with a “can-do” approach, thriving in a dynamic environment.
