Job DetailsJob Location: Chicago, IL 60608Salary Range: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 Salary/year Seeking a full-time Family Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide primary healthcare to patients of Alivio. The Nurse Practitioner utilizes theories of psychosocial, developmental, educational and nursing sciences to facilitate the delivery of this health care. The Nurse Practitioner works inter-dependently with and independently of the multi-disciplinary team. Major functional areas will include: Practitioner, consultant, and educator. Benefits: Full health benefits (medical, dental, vision), short and long term disability, and life insurance. 403b retirement plan CME - 5 days / $2000 Paid Time Off (Vacation, Paid Leave and Paid Sick Leave) Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Nursing School Graduate of an accredited Post-Graduate Training Program Board Certified or Board Eligible Current IL State License, Controlled Substance License, and DEA registration. Bilingual English/Spanish, required. At least two years' work experience. Previous experience in a community health center or urgent care setting, desired. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.  Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.  Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.  Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
