Job DetailsJob Location: Chicago, IL 60608Salary Range: $165,000.00 - $200,000.00 Salary/yearAlivio Medical Center is seeking a full-time, bilingual Family Physician. The Family Physician is directly responsible for performing and recording patient health history, patient examination and diagnosis, recommendations of medical treatment, rendering of on-site treatment and hospitalization services as necessary. Benefits package includes: Paid Time Off (Vacation, Paid Leave and Paid Sick Leave), Health Insurance (Medical, Dental, Vision), Short/Long Term Disability, Life Insurance, 403b Retirement Plan, CME ($2500/5 days) Qualifications Graduate of an accredited medical school with a degree of Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathy. Completion of an accredited Family Medicine Residency program. Board certified or Board Eligible (within the initial allowable period of time post-graduation) Unrestricted license to practice in the State of Illinois Federal DEA registration Basic Life Support Training Bilingual - Fluent in English & Spanish Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate. Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. Previous experience in a community health center setting, desired.
