Job Description

Unifies Oliver Wyman’s actuarial, operations, and AI capabilities, and shapes our operating model and technology solutions to expand our current Transformation offerings beyond core actuarial and design strategy to include system modernization, data platforms, and distribution technology.

Leads complex, large, or highly-customized client engagements within Oliver Wyman Actuarial’s Life practice, including managing overall service delivery and strategy.

Provides high level review of data analyses that are conducted by junior staff members to ensure actuarial soundness, correct use of models or products, and to assist in the development of junior staff members.

Oversees client contact/management to resolve project-related questions and challenges, and coaches junior staff members in client interactions.

Drives business development by identifying potential areas of business growth in existing projects and by leading proposal efforts and responding to requests for information in order to meet revenue goals.

Reviews and delivers client reports or presentations that summarize findings and implications, and recommends a strategy or solution to the client.

Drives project management best practices and provides timely direction and guidance to ensure deadlines and service standards are met or exceeded.

Monitors industry trends and participates in development of intellectual capital in order to further develop the company's service and product offerings and recognition in the life insurance industry.
