We are seeking an experienced and driven Process Analyst to join the Integratz team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing process improvements that enhance operational efficiency, effectiveness, and overall business performance.

This position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities, develop scalable solutions, and support the successful implementation of process changes. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, hands-on experience with process improvement initiatives, familiarity with Flow Engineering concepts, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across all organizational levels.

This is a hybrid role requiring candidates to be located within the Chicago metropolitan area or Southern Wisconsin, as periodic onsite collaboration with the client in Burlington, Wisconsin will be required.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze current business processes, workflows, and operational procedures to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
Develop and maintain process documentation including process maps, value stream maps, outcome and dependency mapping, workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand operational challenges.
Conduct data analysis to support process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
Design and support implementation of process improvement projects aligned with organizational goals and business objectives.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented changes using key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.
Facilitate process discussions, workshops, and collaboration sessions with stakeholders and teams.
Provide training and support to users and teams adopting new processes and procedures.
Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations to communicate findings and improvement opportunities to leadership.
Support operational excellence initiatives and contribute to process standardization efforts across the organization.
Stay current on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and trends related to process management and Flow Engineering.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Process Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a related operational improvement role.
Proven experience supporting or leading process improvement initiatives.
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
Experience with process mapping and workflow design tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or similar platforms.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and familiarity with reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
Familiarity with Flow Engineering methodologies or concepts is a plus.
