Position Summary

Reliable Home Care Providers, Inc. is seeking a compassionate and dependable Caregiver to provide in-home care for an elderly male client located on the South Side of Chicago (ZIP Code 60643). The ideal candidate is reliable, patient, and committed to helping clients maintain their independence while providing safe, respectful, and high-quality care.

Schedule

• 20 hours per week
• 5 days a week
• 4 hours per day

Responsibilities 

• Monitor the client's food intake and encourage proper nutrition.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal care needs.
• Perform light housekeeping and maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Complete laundry and linen changes as needed.
• Prepare and assist with cooking.
• Observe and report any changes in the client's physical condition, behavior, or overall well-being.
• Communicate concerns promptly to the supervisor or designated contact.

Requirements

• Valid authorization to work in the United States.
• Previous experience caring for elderly clients is preferred.
• Compassionate, dependable, patient, and professional.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to assist with personal care, meal preparation, and light household duties.
• Reliable transportation is preferred.
