Position Summary
As a Bartender at MONEYGUN, you’ll bring high energy, hospitality, and precision to one of Chicago’s busiest cocktail bars. This is a seasonal position with weekend availability required. We’re looking for bartenders who thrive in high-volume settings, have a deep knowledge of spirits and classic cocktails, and can deliver consistently great service under pressure.
Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Preparing and serving cocktails, beer, and wine with speed and accuracy
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar
- Providing exceptional service and hospitality to guests at the bar and in the dining area
- Collaborating with barbacks and servers to ensure smooth service flow
- Following all safety, sanitation, and responsible service protocols
- Assisting with opening and closing duties as needed
Requirements
About You:
- 3–4 years of bartending experience in high-volume cocktail bars
- Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine
- Comfortable working efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Consistent and detail-oriented in recipe execution
- Passionate about hospitality and guest experience
- Available to work late nights and weekends
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
