Chanda Care, Inc. is urgently hiring experienced Caregivers, PCAs, HHAs, and CNAs in Chicopee, Springfield, Holyoke, Ludlow, West Springfield, and surrounding areas!
We're a locally owned, nurse-led home care company looking for compassionate, dependable caregivers with hands-on personal care experience.

Caregiver Duties
Provide compassionate, one-on-one care to seniors and adults in their homes.
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Help with mobility, transfers, and daily activities
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with meals and light housekeeping
- Support clients with dementia and end-of-life care
- Follow care plans and document care provided
Requirements – PLEASE READ
- Previous hands-on caregiving experienceÂ
- Valid driver's licenseÂ
- Own reliable personal vehicleÂ
- Current car insuranceÂ
- Availability for at least 3 weekend shifts per month
- Smartphone with reliable communication capabilities
- Ability to pass background and reference checks
- Willingness to complete required training
- Authorization to work in the United States
Experience as a PCA, HHA, CNA, DSP, or Home Care Aide is highly valued!
