In this role, you will assemble wood products and components used in a variety of residential and commercial applications. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
- Assemble wood products, pallets, trusses, or other building materials according to production specifications.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, nail guns, saws, and other assembly equipment safely.
- Read and follow work orders, blueprints, and production instructions.
- Measure, cut, and position lumber and other materials accurately.
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Stack, band, label, and prepare completed products for shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all company safety policies and wear required PPE.
- Assist with general production duties as assigned.
