Job Details: Job Location: AGRONOMY GRAIN and LP GAS DEPT CHILTON - CHILTON, WI, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Country Visions Cooperative is looking to fill a full-time Customer Service Representative at our Chilton Agronomy location. This position is first shift and located in-person. There will be some Saturday work as needed during the busy season.Country Visions Cooperative is an agriculture based cooperative dedicated to service and building long-term relationships from generation to generation. Come work with excellent team members in a successful and growing organization.COMPANY BENEFITS Competitive pay, depending on experience and qualifications Paid time off Annual profit sharing Paid holidays and additional annual floating holidays 401K with a company match well above the market average Medical insurance – 70% of premiums covered by Country Visions Cooperative Optional Health Savings Account with a large company match Dental and Vision insurance Flexible Spending Account 100% Company paid Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, and Long-Term Disability Employee Assistance Program Health and Wellness ProgramJOB RESPONSIBILITIES Perform accounts payable activities Customer billing responsibilities along with other team members Provide excellent customer service in-person and over the phone Answer the phone and coordinate calls according to the customer’s needs Assist with inventory procedures- chemical, fertilizer and seed inventory Utilize Microsoft Excel to work in spreadsheets for various tasks and projects Assist customers and team members by reading and understanding Farm Plans and Mapping Flexible to the needs of the business, customers and the day Effectively communicate with other team members on a daily basis Use company computer programs effectively in completing daily tasks Other duties as assigned by managerADDITIONAL JOB RESPONSIBLES Assist with ordering and managing seed inventory for multiple locations Learn multiple seed ordering programs Attend seed meetings as well as training to stay up with new and upcoming items Coordinate and run yearly Intern Training program with Agronomy Marketing personnel Opportunities to assist with other marketing events and items Opportunity to occasionally go out and check fields for growers or agronomist Attend monthly sales meetings to be able to assist onsite with walk ins and other agronomic questions Provide agronomists with help calculating farm plans and writing NMPs Willingness to continue agronomy education with in-house and off-site trainingQualifications: QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS High school diploma or equivalent Background in agriculture is preferred but not required Excellent written and verbal communication skills Customer service driven mentality with a willingness to learn Working knowledge of Microsoft programs, specifically Excel and Word Accounts receivable and Accounts payable background is preferred but not requiredCome join the Chilton Agronomy team at Country Visions Cooperative!
