Chippewa River Industries is looking for a full-time job developer to serve Northern Chippewa County and Southern Barron County. This position would work out of both our Chippewa Falls and Rice Lake offices.

As an employment Specialist you will:

• Help people find the right jobs in the Chippewa Falls and Eau Claire communities.
• Develop relationships with businesses in the community.
• Provide support to consumers to allow them to be successful in their new jobs.
• Concentrate on an individual’s abilities rather than a possible disability.
• Get to make a difference in the community by helping place consumers in jobs that they are excited to start.

Qualifications

A degree or experience in Marketing, Business, Vocational Rehabilitation or another human services field.

Experience working with job seekers of various abilities is a plus.
