Everything we cook is handcrafted, using traditional Cajun recipes. Richard’s Cajun Foods was founded in Church Point, LA in 1981 by Lonnie Richard who realized his Grandma’s Cajun specialties were becoming a Cajun favorite.

The Richard’s Cajun family traditions and Grandma’s recipes live on today using high-quality, premium ingredients and source as much as we can locally in Louisiana.

Founded in Church Point, Louisiana in 1981, Richard's Cajun Foods has proudly manufactured authentically handcrafted, premium smoked sausage, boudin, and traditional Cajun specialties for over 40 years. We are seeking dependable workers to support our growing, fast-paced food processing company. In this role, you will be an essential part of the team keeping traditional recipes alive!

Responsibilities

• Prior food manufacturing or processing experience is preferred, but not required—we will train the right candidate!
• Ability to stand for long periods in a chilled food production environment and comfortably lift up to 50 lbs.
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills with a strong eye for detail.
• Excellent attendance, punctuality, and the flexibility to move between different processing areas as needed.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have a valid drivers license or identification card.
• Must have a social security card or birth certificate.
