Job Description

Elevare Branding is seeking a confident, personable, and motivated Communications Representative to join our Cincinnati team.

In this role, you will support communication initiatives, interact with clients and customers, assist with brand messaging, and help ensure that every interaction reflects the professional standards of Elevare Branding.

Responsibilities

Represent Elevare Branding professionally during client and customer interactions.
Communicate key brand messages clearly and effectively.
Assist with the execution of communication and promotional initiatives.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and customers.
Respond to inquiries and provide accurate information regarding campaigns and services.
Collaborate with team members to maintain consistent messaging and brand standards.
Support the preparation and coordination of communication materials.
Gather customer feedback and communicate relevant insights to the team.
Maintain organized records of interactions, campaign activity, and client information.
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.
