Lead the Future of Reality Capture

Reality Capture Leads are responsible for delivering successful projects while leading field teams, building trusted client relationships, and ensuring technical excellence from planning through final delivery.

This role combines leadership, advanced technical expertise, and project ownership to support some of the world's most innovative engineering and manufacturing organizations.

What You'll Do

Lead Reality Capture projects from planning through final delivery
Serve as the primary client contact during field execution
Coordinate schedules, staffing, travel, and sitelogistics
Lead field capture activities and ensure data quality
Oversee point cloud registration, QA/QC, and post-processing
Mentor and develop Associates and Specialists
Promote safe work practices and continuous improvement
Build long-term client relationships and support business growth

Qualifications

Associate's or Bachelor'sdegree in a related technical field or equivalent experience
Experience leading Reality Capture, surveying, or geospatial projects
Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
Ability to lead field teams and manage client relationships
Willingness to travel up to 75%
