We are currently seeking an energetic, dependable Group Leader to provide leadership and supervision in our Afterschool Program. This role works closely with the Afterschool Coordinator/Site Manager to create a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for students. Main Responsibilities Lead and supervise children during daily activities and enrichment programs Monitor student and staff attendance Provide homework assistance and communicate concerns when needed Supervise snacks and meals Escort and supervise children during activities and transitions Encourage positive behavior, manners, and appropriate discipline Maintain communication and collaboration with program staff, parents, school personnel, and community partners Attend required meetings, training, and professional development Complete accurate timesheets and required documentation Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required Associate degree or higher preferred Ability to pass required local and federal background checks and pre-employment drug screening Must complete 10 hours of Ohio-approved training annually Strong leadership, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills Experience working with children is preferred Ready to make a difference in the lives of children?
