Must be able to communicate and work effectively with supervisors and coworkers and may be required to drive a truck on occasion. Key Responsibilities / Duties Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule, including loading, picking, wrapping, labeling, and staging for shipment. Receive and process warehouse stock products, including picking, uploading, labeling, and storing. Perform inventory controls and maintain quality standards for audits. Optimize space utilization. Report order discrepancies. Communicate and cooperate with team leaders and coworkers. Operate and perform preventive maintenance on warehouse vehicles and equipment. Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Maintain a safe, clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet areas, and workstations neat and maintaining a clean shipping supply area. May be required to drive on occasion. Perform other job-related instructions as requested by the supervisor, subject to reasonable accommodations.     Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Proven work experience as a warehouse worker. Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods. Forklift and material handling equipment experience is required. Prior warehouse or distribution experience helpful. Ability to lift heavy objects. Reporting skills. Inventory control. Documentation skills. Equipment maintenance. Data entry. Good communication skills. Map reading helpful.
