Responsibilities: This position is part of a team tasked with fulfilling customer orders and shipping orders to meet customer demand. Duties include but are not limited to; loading and unloading trucks, receiving materials, stocking materials, pulling orders, and shipping orders. Some kit assembling may be required. QualificationsRequirements: Warehouse / Distribution experience is a plus Must have a stable work history, no more than two jobs within the past three years High School diploma or equivalent required Must possess a valid driver’s license and clean driving record Accurately perform assigned tasks in a timely fashion Critical Skills: Prior experience operating sit-down forklifts Prior experience working in a fast-paced shipping and receiving department Attention to detail Ability to work cross dock operations Ability to load and unload trucks (lift up to 50lbs on a regular basis) Proficiency / Ability to learn computer-based shipping and receiving programs, prior experience preferred Willingness to learn other areas (maintenance & deliveries) Works well, both individually and in team environment Proficient in basic mathematics Safety Focused RF scanner experience preferred Direct Reports: None Additional Responsibilities: As assigned Working Environment: The Warehouse Associate performs duties in a warehouse setting where the temperature may vary and be higher or lower than a normal indoor temperature. This position requires frequent standing, kneeling, walking, pushing, pulling, grasping, and lifting. The duties of this position are repetitive in nature. There is occasional use of a keyboard and computer monitor. The position also requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and 75 pounds occasionally.  CBT is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
