The Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager - Financial Reporting SME onan interim basis. This role will play a key part in strengthening financialreporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cost management as the businesscontinues to grow and evolve its long-term finance operating model.

This is an excellent opportunity for a senior finance professional whocan bring deep technical expertise, strong stakeholder management skills, andthe ability to deliver high-quality reporting in a fast-paced environment.

KeyResponsibilities

·       Support and enhancefinancial reporting processes

·       Contribute to budgeting andforecasting activities

·       Improve cost management andreporting visibility

·       Work closely with keystakeholders across finance and the wider business

·       Help shape and support thedevelopment of the long-term finance operating model

·       Provide SME input acrossBAU, remediation, or transformation activity depending on business need

Experience& Skills Required

·       Strong background in financial reporting

·       Experience in BAU support, remediation, or transformation environments

·       Confident working with senior stakeholders

·       Able to hit the ground running in an interim capacity

·       Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
