Job Overview
Landscape East & West is a full-service award winning, eco-friendly, customer focused landscape contractor. We are seeking a Residential Maintenance Crew Leader with 3+ years' experience.
*$1,000 Hiring Bonus after 120 days*
Responsibilities and Duties
- Mowing, blowing, weeding, pruning, and general cleanup of residential properties with 1-2 crew members.
- Operate and maintain care of leaf blower, lawn mower, string trimmer, hedge trimmer, and other equipment.
- Track hours and materials for weekly maintenance route in Aspire.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years' experience in landscape maintenance.
- At least 1 year of crew leader experience.
- Ability to manage, communicate effectively with both employees and onsite contacts.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
- Candidate must possess a valid, insurable driver’s license and be 18 years or older.
- Ability to lead crew through maintenance route and take directions and receive feedback from supervisor.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs, maneuver through client's property with equipment, and operate truck and trailer.

Position Range:
$22--$24/hr
