Bilingual Full Time Nanny

Compensation: $18-$19 an hour

Position Description: sweet family in Clearwater, FL, is seeking a caring, patient, and dependable full-time daytime nanny to provide loving care for their 2-month-old baby boy. The ideal candidate will have infant care experience, strong communication skills, and a nurturing approach, helping their little one feel safe, loved, and supported as he grows and reaches important developmental milestones. Bilingual in English and Spanish is a requirement, as both parents speak Spanish and would love a caregiver who can also speak Spanish with their son and incorporate the language into his everyday interactions.

The primary responsibility will be providing attentive, one-on-one care throughout the day, including bottle-feeding, diaper changes, naps, tummy time, reading, age-appropriate play, and enjoying time outdoors in the family's backyard. The nanny will help maintain the baby's daily routine while incorporating activities that encourage early learning, language development, and growth. Additional responsibilities include keeping the baby's toys and shared living spaces neat and tidy.

Both parents work from home, so the family is looking for someone who is comfortable providing care while parents are present and who respects and feels comfortable within their Christian family values.
