You will collaborate with the nursing team to promote resident safety, comfort, and well-being.Key Responsibilities Administer and accurately document medications and treatments. Maintain medication-room security and ensure proper medication storage. Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition. Perform nursing procedures, including catheter care, dressing changes, and respiratory treatments. Support nursing teammates and help foster a respectful, compassionate care environment.Qualifications Graduation from an accredited LPN or RN nursing program. Current LPN or RN license in North Carolina. Current CPR certification or willingness to obtain certification. Two years of nursing experience preferred.Work Environment Physical exertion that may include pushing, pulling, or lifting up to 35 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds. Prolonged standing or walking, with occasional bending and reaching.
