Job Details: Job Location: South Lake Residential - Clermont, FL, Position Type: Full Time, Education Level: High School, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Job Shift: Night, Job Purpose:- The Behavioral Tech III at LIFESTREAM BEHAVIORAL CENTER is responsible for providing advanced support and care to individuals with behavioral health needs during the third shift. This role involves implementing treatment plans, monitoring patient progress, and ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment.Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.- Monitor and document patient progress, behaviors, and any incidents during the shift.- Provide direct care and support to patients, ensuring their safety and well-being.- Facilitate group therapy sessions and therapeutic activities as directed by clinical staff.- Respond to crisis situations and de-escalate potentially volatile situations effectively.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and reports.- Assist in the training and supervision of junior staff members.- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and organizational policies and procedures.- Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.Qualifications: Required Education:- High School Diploma or equivalent GED.Required Experience:- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a behavioral health setting.- Proven track record in managing crisis situations effectively.- Experience in shift work and ability to adapt to varying schedules.Required Skills and Abilities:- Strong understanding of behavioral health principles and practices.- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.- Proficiency in electronic health records and documentation.- High level of empathy and interpersonal skills to engage with clients effectively.- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make quick, informed decisions.- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.LifeStream Benefits  Health/Dental/Vision Insurance  Short Term Disability  Pension Plan  403(b)  PTO  (Over 4 weeks your 1st year!)  Flexible Work Schedules  Tuition Reimbursement Program  Free Telehealth Services   HRSA And More!  Important Notice  As part of our hiring process and in compliance with Section 435.04, Florida Statutes, certain positions require a Level 2 background screening.
