The Baggage Agent provides support to the Baggage Service Office and ensures Baggage Service Agents effectively assist customers with delayed, damaged or pilfered baggage.
Pay: $14 per hour (paid weekly)
Shift: 16 Hours a week

Responsibilities
•  Determine flight departure times and connecting carriers based on customer tickets
•  Screen all passengers transferring between airlines prior to placing baggage on the return belts Â
•  Ensure baggage tags are correct Â
•  Direct and assist passengers with short-checked bags Â
•  Handle misplace or lost baggage claims and provide reports to carriers Â
•  Evaluate customers' needs concerning airline locations Â
