As anĀ Experienced StaffĀ on ourĀ Family Office Tax team, you will support the preparation of tax returns for high-net-worth individuals and families, including complex investment structures and multi-entity filings.Ā You’llĀ gain exposure to sophisticated tax work early in your career and work alongside experienced professionals who are committed to mentorship and development. This is an opportunity to move beyond basic compliance work and build a strong technical foundation inĀ high-net-worthĀ taxation.Ā Ā 

Ā 

Tax Preparation & ComplianceĀ 

  • Prepare complex individual income tax returns (Form 1040) for high-net-worthĀ individuals.Ā 

  • AssistĀ with preparation of partnership (Form 1065) and trust (Form 1041) returns.Ā 

  • Work on returns withĀ investment-heavy structures, including private equity, hedge funds, and alternative investments (with guidance from senior team members).Ā 

  • AssistĀ withĀ foreign reporting and international complianceĀ as applicable (e.g., FBAR, FATCA).Ā 

  • DeliverĀ accurate,Ā timelyĀ work whileĀ maintainingĀ strong attention to detail and firm standards.Ā

Technical DevelopmentĀ 

  • Build foundationalĀ expertiseĀ inĀ high net worth and family office tax mattersĀ Ā 

  • Learn to navigateĀ complex tax scenarios and multi-entity structuresĀ 

  • AssistĀ in researching and resolving technical tax questions alongside senior team members.Ā 

Ā 

Client & Team CollaborationĀ 

  • Work closely with seniors and managers on client engagements.Ā 

  • Support team workflow by organizing data, preparing deliverables, and meeting deadlines.Ā 

  • Contribute to a collaborative environment focused on learning, development, and high-quality serviceĀ delivery.Ā 

  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure alignment and executionĀ 

Who You AreĀ 

QualificationsĀ 

  • Bachelor's degree in accountingĀ or related field.Ā 

  • 1–4+ years of tax experience, preferably inĀ public accounting or family office environments.Ā 

  • ExposureĀ partnerships, trusts, and investment-related tax work.Ā 

  • Ability to work in the U.S. without the need for employer sponsorship.Ā 

Ā 

Preferred BackgroundĀ 

  • CPA or requirements to pursue CPAĀ Ā 

  • Experience working withĀ high-net-worthĀ clients and complex investment structuresĀ Ā 

  • ExposureĀ alternative investments and foreign reporting.Ā 

  • Background inĀ public accounting, HNW tax, or family office environmentsĀ Ā

Estimated Base Range: $60,000 - 80,000*

*Base compensation offered to candidates are determined based on factors such as candidate's relevant skillset, experience, licensure, and certifications, as well as job responsibilities, geography, market considerations, and organizational needs.
