Pay: $1,800 Gross Weekly and Up
Birch Agency is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Intervention Specialist for a full-time, pull-out position supporting early childhood students in Kindergarten through 2nd Grade in the Cleveland, Ohio area.
This is an exciting opportunity for a fully certified Intervention Specialist who is passionate about helping young learners with special needs achieve their academic, developmental, and social-emotional goals.
What You'll Do
Provide individualized, specialized instruction in a pull-out setting.
Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
Support students in achieving academic and developmental milestones.
Adapt instructional materials and strategies to meet individual student needs.
Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation.
Collaborate with classroom teachers, administrators, and families.
Implement positive behavior strategies to support student success.
Ensure compliance with Ohio special education regulations and requirements.
What We're Looking For
Fully certified Ohio Intervention Specialist.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or a related field.
Valid Ohio Intervention Specialist license.
Experience working with early childhood students preferred.
Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation.
Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
A patient, supportive, and student-centered approach.
