In this important customer service role, you will provide mobility assistance and exceptional support to airline passengers, ensuring a positive travel experience from arrival to departure.If you enjoy helping others, working in a fast-paced environment, and being part of an exciting airport operation, we encourage you to apply! Essential Responsibilities Provide wheelchair assistance to passengers throughout the airport terminal. Escort passengers to and from gates, ticket counters, baggage claim areas, and ground transportation locations. Assist passengers with navigating airport facilities while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor. Safely push passengers in wheelchairs for extended periods. Communicate effectively with airline personnel, supervisors, and fellow team members. Handle passenger requests promptly and professionally. Follow all airport, airline, and company safety and security procedures. Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times. Complete required documentation and reports as assigned. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age. High school diploma or GED preferred. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to walk, stand, bend, lift, and push wheelchairs for extended periods. Must be dependable and maintain a professional appearance. Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed. Must pass all required background checks and airport security requirements. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to push wheelchairs safely throughout the airport. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
