What You’ll DoĀ 

Are you a detail-oriented accounting professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment? As anĀ Experienced StaffĀ within ourĀ Family OfficeĀ (Business & Accounting) team, you will support a high-touch client environment by providing day-to-day accounting, reporting, and operational support across multiple clients. This role requires strong technical skills, adaptability, and a proactive mindset to help manage evolving client needs while ensuring accuracy and responsiveness.Ā 

You will serve as a key team contributor, acting as a bridge between leadership andĀ less experienced team members, while helping to manage workflows, troubleshooting issues, and keep client deliverables on track.Ā 

Client Support & Operational ExecutionĀ 

  • Support a high-touch, dynamicĀ client environment, assisting with day-to-day accounting and operational needsĀ 

  • Act as a liaison between leadership andĀ less experienced team members, ensuring smooth communication and workflow executionĀ 

  • Assist with client payments, transaction processing, and financial activity trackingĀ 

  • Draft and support client communications, including emails and status updatesĀ 

  • Provide support across multiple clients, rather than owning a single engagementĀ 

Accounting, Reporting & ReviewĀ 

  • Perform and support QuickBooks accountingĀ or similar software, including reconciliations and financial reportingĀ 

  • Assist with review work, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial dataĀ 

  • Work with brokerage statements and investment-related accounting, including alternative investmentsĀ 

  • Help identify and resolve discrepancies through hands-on troubleshooting and problem-solvingĀ 

  • Maintain strong attention to detail while managing competing prioritiesĀ 

Workflow Management & Problem SolvingĀ 

  • Proactively anticipate incoming work and help manage deadlinesĀ 

  • Step in to troubleshooting issues and resolve day-to-day challenges across engagementsĀ 

  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities and client needsĀ 

  • Support process improvements to enhance efficiency and service deliveryĀ 

Who You AreĀ 

QualificationsĀ 

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field preferredĀ 

  • 1–5+ years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or family office environmentsĀ 

  • Strong QuickBooks and Excel skills requiredĀ 

  • Experience with general corporate and personal accountingĀ 

  • Exposure to investment accounting or brokerage statement analysis preferredĀ 

  • Ability to work in the U.S. without the need for employer sponsorshipĀ 

Ā 

Preferred BackgroundĀ 

  • Experience in a family office or single-family office environment preferredĀ 

  • Exposure to Office of the CFO–type services or outsourced accounting environmentsĀ 

  • Familiarity supporting high-net-worth individuals or closely held businessesĀ 

  • Comfortable working in roles with varying levels of client interactionĀ

Estimated Base Range:
$60,000 - 80,000*

*Base compensation offered to candidates are determined based on factors such as candidate's relevant skillset, experience, licensure, and certifications, as well as job responsibilities, geography, market considerations, and organizational needs.
