Maintenance Technician, Progressive Field

Delaware North Sportservice is looking for a seasonal Maintenance Technician to join our team at Progressive Field in Cleveland, Ohio. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance duties throughout the property.

Delaware North operates concessions and premium dining at Progressive Field since dating back to 1994. The 35,041-seat venue is home to Major League Baseball's Cleveland Guardians.

• Make minor repairs to equipment and appliances such as sinks, grills, coolers etc.
• Change light bulbs, replace fixtures, open clogged drains, and repair leaks
• Perform lawn maintenance including mowing and removing weeds
• Ensure tools and equipment are in working order and keep the maintenance room in neat condition
• Assist with loading or unloading trucks of maintenance parts and supplies
• Maintain preventative maintenance on equipment

• No high school diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 1 year of previous experience in general maintenance and repair for commercial facility required
• Previous experience with heavy or agricultural machinery preferred

• Frequent pushing, pulling, squatting, and kneeling
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Standing and walking 100% of the time
• Must be able to work outside in all types of weather
