Maintenance Technician

Courtyard Luxury Senior Living is seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician to help keep our community safe, comfortable, and well-maintained for residents, visitors, and staff.
What you’ll do
- Complete routine maintenance, repairs, and basic troubleshooting throughout the community.
- Respond to maintenance requests and help prioritize work based on urgency and resident needs.
- Inspect common areas, resident spaces, equipment, and building systems; report issues that need additional attention.
- Perform preventive maintenance and help maintain clean, safe work areas.
- Follow community procedures and safety practices while working respectfully around residents.
- Communicate repair status, supply needs, and concerns to the appropriate team members.
What we’re looking for
- Hands-on maintenance or repair experience preferred.
- Practical troubleshooting skills and the ability to handle a variety of routine repair tasks.
- Dependability, good communication, and a courteous, resident-focused approach.
- Ability to work safely, follow instructions, and seek assistance when a repair requires specialized expertise.

- Schedule: Full-time, 8:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
- Pay: $25 per hour
