EXPERIENCED A-LEVEL TECHNICIANS WANTED
Willis Infiniti is looking for an experienced A-Level Automotive Technician to join our growing service team in Des Moines.
We're looking for a technician who can diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair vehicles independently and is comfortable handling complex electrical, drivability, engine, transmission, and diagnostic concerns.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Infiniti vehicles
Diagnose complex electrical, drivability, engine, transmission, HVAC, suspension, steering, and brake concerns
Perform customer-pay and warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications
Use factory diagnostic equipment and repair procedures
Accurately diagnose concerns before beginning repairs
Perform thorough multi-point inspections
Document findings and repair recommendations
Maintain productivity while delivering high-quality workmanship
Communicate effectively with Service Advisors and management
Follow dealership safety, quality, and repair procedures
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
5+ years of automotive technician experience preferred
Strong A-Level diagnostic and repair experience
Previous Infiniti, Nissan, or luxury import experience preferred
Strong electrical and diagnostic troubleshooting skills
Ability to diagnose and repair vehicles independently
ASE Certifications preferred
Infiniti/Nissan factory certifications a plus
Strong understanding of modern vehicle systems
Ability to efficiently diagnose complex repair concerns
Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dealership environment
