ā¢Ā Ā Ā Accept or recommend acceptance of suitable candidates.

ā¢Ā Ā Ā Plan and arrange for applicant to study or train for job.
ā¢Ā Ā Ā Organize and conduct support group and vocational groups as needed.
ā¢Ā Ā Ā Endeavor to place individual in gainful employment after acquisition of marketable skills.
ā¢Ā Ā Ā Resolve work related problems or difficulties, and assign individual to simpler tasks when worker cannot perform assigned duties.
ā¢Ā Ā Ā Observe worker to ensure that work is performed according to prescribed methods and meets established standards.
ā¢Ā Ā Ā Maintain working relationships with staff of other agencies and institutions, homes, facilities, and act as liaison between clients and agency/ institution.
ā¢Ā Ā Ā Act as liaison between clients and their supervisor and co-workers.
ā¢Ā Ā Ā Help clients understand mental illness and how it affects their health, lifestyles, and employment.
ā¢Ā Ā Ā Assist applicant with personal adjustment throughout rehabilitation program.
ā¢Ā Ā Ā Aid applicant in obtaining medical and social services during training.
ā¢Ā Ā Ā Check work email at the beginning and end of each shift.
ā¢Ā Ā Ā Responsible for the satisfaction of all contract services and ensure that all of the terms of the contract are completed.
ā¢Ā Ā Ā Responsible for ensuring that the scope of the work as outlined in the contract agreement is completed within the scheduled contract terms.
ā¢Ā Ā Ā Maintain monthly contact with all contract representatives to ensure the quality of all of the work completed is in compliance with contract standard.
ā¢Ā Ā Ā Attend mandatory bi-weekly supervision appointments with supervisor to discuss contract schedules and targeted tasks for each working contract day.
ā¢Ā Ā Ā In charge of the function and staffing of all contract crews as well as securing new contracts from Montgomery County.
ā¢Ā Ā Ā Provide training to all contract employees as needed.
ā¢Ā Ā Ā Use all contract equipment and contract materials appropriately.
ā¢Ā Ā Ā Participate in and successfully complete all required trainings.
ā¢Ā Ā Ā Other duties as assigned.

- Must possess a valid driverās license with no more thanĀ 3Ā points andĀ have access to a vehicle for work purposes.
- Must have proof of car insurance.
- High School Diploma (or equivalent) and a minimum of two (2) yearsā experience working with adults diagnosed with varying intellectual disabilities and or developmental disabilities.
- Must be able to work individually as well as within a team. Must be able to multi-task.Ā
- Must be able to work with āhigh-riskā consumers who have mental illnesses as well as development or intellectual disabilities as well as physical.
