Summary:

We are currently seeking experienced US Claims Professionals for a leading multinational corporation based in Airoli, Mumbai. This role focuses on reviewing previously processed US healthcare claims and efficiently handling ongoing claims. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and the flexibility to work US night shift timings in a structured corporate environment.

Responsibilities:

• Review and assess previously processed US healthcare claims

• Handle current US claims accurately and efficiently

• Ensure adherence to US healthcare and insurance guidelines

• Maintain proper documentation and claim records

• Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution

• Meet productivity, quality, and accuracy benchmarks

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree completed

• Minimum 1 year of experience in US Claims

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Willingness to work US night shifts

• Submission of all academic transcripts up to the final semester (no pending courses)

• Mandatory documents: Aadhar Card and PAN Card

• Immediate joiners preferred

• Candidates must be residing within a 30 km radius of Airoli

Shift Details:

• Shift Timing: 5:30 PM to 3:00 AM (US Shift)
