Welder

Flexx Workforce of Louisiana is seeking experienced Welders for a work assignment in Cut Off, Louisiana.

Candidates should have structural welding experience and be able to perform high-quality welds in a shipyard/fabrication environment. Welders must be able to pass the required welding test and follow all jobsite safety and quality requirements.

Job Duties:

• Perform structural welding and fabrication
  
• Read and follow welding procedures, drawings, and specifications
  
• Inspect welds for quality and accuracy
  
• Safely operate welding and fabrication equipment
  
• Follow all Flexx Workforce and jobsite safety requirements
  
• Work overtime and weekends as required
  

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Previous structural or shipyard welding experience preferred
  
• Ability to pass required welding test
  
• Reliable transportation
  
• Dependable attendance and ability to work scheduled hours
  
• Must complete required pre-employment screening
