Lorin Industries is a leading West Michigan family-owned manufacturing company and a global leader in continuous coil anodizing. We are seeking motivated, dependable, and safety-focused individuals to join our Anodizing Team as an Anodize Line Operator (Controlman).
This position plays a critical role in maintaining the safe and efficient operation of our anodizing production lines while ensuring products are manufactured to customer specifications and Lorin's high-quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, a commitment to quality, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.
This opportunity is available on our 2nd and 3rd shifts, with shift premiums offered.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Operating our Anodize Lines in a safe and efficient manner
- Move material using forklifts
- Prepare material for processing
- Run production orders according to customer specifications and quality requirements
- Complete required production documentation and data entry
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to support production goals
EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Forklift experience is a plus, however forklift training will be provided for new team members
- Attention to details
- Excellent written and verbal communications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Computer knowledge to include Word, Excel, and proficient data entry skills

1st: 7:00am-3:00pm
2nd: 3:00pm-11:00pm
3rd: 11:00pm-7:00am
