America’s Kids in Motion is the valley’s premier children’s multi-sport facility offering swim, gymnastics, ninja, dance, preschool, camps, and more. We’re hiring individuals who love working with kids and can support both coaching and behavioral needs. What You’ll Do Provide behavioral strategies and real-time support for coaches working with children with special needs Provide instruction to coaches who work with children of varying ages and skill levels, based on your department of interest (swim, gymnastics, ninja, dance, preschool, camps, and more) Create a safe, positive, and engaging learning environment Encourage confidence and celebrate progress in every child Work as part of a team in a fast-paced, upbeat setting Communicate professionally and compassionately with parents about progress What We’re Looking For Experience working with children (coaching, teaching, ABA, etc.) RBT certification or equivalent behavioral experience preferred Background in youth programs (swim, gymnastics, fitness, etc.) is a plus Patient, positive, and dependable team player Comfortable working in a fast-paced, active environment Flexible availability (evenings and/or Saturdays preferred) Schedule: Part-time (15–30 hours/week), with summer and year-round opportunities Qualifications
