Tired of seasonal layoffs? Landscape Management Company (a Lakeside Company) is hiring an experienced Landscape Foreman for a full-time, year-round position. You'll lead our grounds crew through landscape season and snow season, with steady hours and overtime during snow events.

What You'll Do
- Lead a crew of landscape technicians day to day: assign work, train, and keep quality high
- Mow, trim, prune, plant, and maintain lawns, beds, trees, and shrubs
- Start up, repair, and winterize irrigation systems
- Run snow and ice removal in winter using plow trucks, skid steers, and snow blowers
- Keep entrances, sidewalks, and parking lots clear and safe before business hours
- Maintain equipment and keep supplies stocked
- Prepare grounds for special events
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of landscape or grounds maintenance experience
- Crew lead or supervisory experience preferred
- Commercial snow removal experience preferred
- Comfortable operating and maintaining landscape and snow equipment
- Idaho pesticide applicator license a plus, or willingness to get one
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record for the past 2 years (motor vehicle record check required)
- Able to lift up to 75 lbs and work outdoors in all weather
- Available on call for snow events, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays

- $20–$25 per hour, depending on experience
