Job Title: Full Stack Developer

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled and hands-on Full Stack Developer to build, enhance, and maintain responsive, high-quality web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern front-end development practices, along with a strong focus on debugging, problem-solving, and delivering production-ready features independently.

Key Responsibilities

● Develop and maintain responsive, scalable, and user-friendly web applications using React.js.

● Build reusable and maintainable front-end components and interfaces.

● Work with JavaScript/TypeScript to implement robust and efficient front-end functionality.

● Integrate front-end applications with REST APIs/Web APIs and work effectively with backend teams.

● Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, QA teams, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality features.

● Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues to ensure performance, reliability, and a smooth user experience.

● Take ownership of production features end to end, from development and testing through deployment and support.

● Write clean, maintainable, and well-structured code following established development standards.

● Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development practices and application quality.

● Use version control systems such as Team Foundation Server (TFS) or similar tools for source code management.

● Stay updated with modern front-end technologies and development practices.

● Leverage AI tools effectively to improve development productivity, debugging, and problem-solving.

Key Requirements

● 4–5 years of hands-on experience in full- stack developer.

● Strong hands-on experience with React.js.

● Strong knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript.

● Experience developing and integrating REST APIs/Web APIs.

● Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

● Experience with Team Foundation Server (TFS) or similar version control systems.

● Proven ability to own production features end to end and deliver independently.

● Good understanding of responsive web development and modern front-end development practices.

● Strong collaboration, communication, and analytical skills.

● Comfortable using AI tools as part of the software development workflow.

Preferred Qualifications

● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

● Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.

● Exposure to modern front-end development tools and best practices.

● Experience working closely with backend technologies and API-driven applications.

● Exposure to performance optimization, browser debugging, and production support.
