We’re looking for friendly, motivated Retail Associates who love teamwork, thrive in fast-paced environments, and want to be part of something BIG (like, Guinness-World-Record-holding big).

 What You’ll Do:

• Create a warm, welcoming environment by greeting customers and delivering top-tier service.
• Stay informed on our merchandise, promotions, and store policies to assist guests with confidence.
• Ring up purchases, handle returns, and keep the checkout area smooth and efficient using our POS system.
• Keep the store looking sharp—restock shelves, tidy displays, and maintain visual standards.
• Support sales goals and store events, including Texas A&M home games and seasonal promotions.
• Pitch in on store operations like inventory, housekeeping, and event prep.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and game days.
• Comfort working in non-climate-controlled environments and on your feet all day.
• Willingness to lift 20+ lbs and engage in physical store tasks.

• Have previous retail or customer service experience.
