The Museum Assistant position is a part-time, receptionist, visitor services, collections assistant and tour guide for the Berman Museum of Art.
Specific Responsibilities
- Working at the Berman reception desk
- Opening and closing of the museum as needed
- Assistant at events and with event planning
- Give tours of exhibitions and outdoor sculpture collection
- Collections duties, including exhibition installation, as assigned by the Collections Manager
Required Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
- Demonstrated initiative to work independently and as part of a team
