Ready for a new challenge? The Purchasing Department is looking for a dependable, detail oriented team member to grow into this role.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate merchandise and customer orders
- Build relationships with vendors on orders, deliveries, and discrepancies
- Track incoming orders and packages
- Support inventory management and organization
- Perform quality checks on products
- Maintain purchasing records
- Partner with other departments on order status and purchasing needs
- Learn new purchasing systems and tools
- Take on special projects with the Purchasing Manager

What You Bring
- Weekend availability
- Spanish speaking and reading ability
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Great communication skills, written and verbal
- Comfort managing multiple priorities and deadlines
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- A self starter mindset with dependability and independence
- Strong interpersonal skills across teams and vendors
- Purchasing, inventory, customer service, or admin experience is a plus
