Service Receptionist (BDC Receptionist)

Join our growing Service Team! We’re looking for a professional, organized, and customer-focused Service Receptionist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys helping people.

This position pays $17-$18 per hour

The position requires a flexible schedule and must be willing to work Saturdays.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome customers and provide exceptional service in person and by phone.
• Schedule service appointments and manage customer follow-up.
• Coordinate communication between customers, Service Advisors, Parts, and insurance companies.
• Notify customers when parts arrive and coordinate installation appointments.
• Assist with service paperwork, data entry, and vehicle check-ins.
• Complete new vehicle damage checks and Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) paperwork.
• Address customer questions and concerns professionally.

What We’re Looking For

• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude.
• Automotive dealership or service experience is a plus.
