We're GMP-registered with NSF and UL and certified Kosher and Halal.We’re hiring a part-time, temporary Customer Service Representative to process orders and take care of the brands we make products for.Schedule: Mondays and Tuesdays 7:30am-4:00pmOn-Site at our Colorado Springs locationWhat You’ll Do: Enter customer orders received by fax, EDI, email, and phone accurately in our ERP system Answer customer questions on order status, inventory, and deliveries Investigate and resolve order, shipping, and billing issues, including credits and exchanges Make outbound calls to key accounts and promote new or improved products Review open-order and back-order reports and keep customers and internal teams informed What You Bring: 2+ years of applicable customer service, call center, sales desk, inside sales, or order entry experience, including outbound calls Fast, accurate data entry, including 10-key Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) Comfort calculating discounts, percentages, and pricing A calm, courteous approach with upset customers ERP or EDI experience preferred; B2B manufacturing or distribution experience preferred Education / Certifications: High school diploma or GED requiredWhy Work at NGW:If you take pride in getting every order right and enhancing the experience of each customer who calls, you are a perfect fit for this role. You’ll be the voice brands nationwide hear when they work with us, and the person who makes sure what they ordered is exactly what is sent into production.You’ll learn the business from the inside at a company that has been around for a century and is built to last, working onsite with our team in Colorado Springs.
