Quality Rehab Physical Therapy | Colorado Springs, CO

Compensation: $85,000–$100,000 annually, based on experience.
Schedule: Choose four 10-hour days or five 8-hour days. Weekdays only; no weekends.

Quality Rehab Physical Therapy is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist for our privately owned outpatient clinic in Colorado Springs.

We have served our community for nearly 20 years, providing individualized rehabilitation in a collaborative environment. Our 40-minute, one-on-one treatment sessions have no double booking, allowing you to focus on each patient’s care and progress.

New graduates and experienced Physical Therapists are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide evidence-based treatment for orthopedic, neurological, postsurgical, and other rehabilitation conditions.
Monitor outcomes and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Complete accurate, timely clinical documentation.
Educate patients about their conditions, home exercises, and recovery.
Coordinate care with support staff and other healthcare professionals.
Supervise and collaborate with Physical Therapist Assistants as appropriate.

Qualifications

Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program.
Current Colorado Physical Therapist license or ability to obtain licensure before starting.
Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
