Quality Rehab Physical Therapy | Colorado Springs, CO
Compensation: $28–$34 per hour, based on experience.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 40 hours/week. No weekends!

Quality Rehab Physical Therapy is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant for our privately owned outpatient clinic in Colorado Springs.
For nearly 20 years, our practice has focused on individualized rehabilitation, strong patient relationships, and teamwork. We provide 40-minute, one-on-one treatment sessions with no double booking and value clear communication between Physical Therapists, Physical Therapist Assistants, and support staff.
Responsibilities
- Deliver treatment under the direction and supervision of a Physical Therapist and within the established plan of care.
- Assist patients with therapeutic exercises and functional activities.
- Monitor patient responses and report progress or concerns to the supervising Physical Therapist.
- Complete accurate, timely treatment documentation.
- Reinforce home exercise programs and patient education consistent with the treatment plan.
- Coordinate with clinicians and support staff to support continuity of care.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized treatment environment.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
- Required Colorado credentials to practice as a Physical Therapist Assistant before starting.
- Strong patient care, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to follow established treatment plans and collaborate with the supervising Physical Therapist.
- A dependable approach to patient care and teamwork.
