We’re looking for a Publishing Coordinator to join our Action Bible & Kids & publishing team. In this role, you’ll support the development and execution of children’s publishing initiatives—from early product planning through production and promotion. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain meaningful experience in publishing while collaborating with creative, marketing, editorial, production, and sales teams. If you’re organized, curious, detail-oriented, and energized by creative work, this role is a great fit. What You’ll Do As the Publishing Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in keeping projects moving smoothly and supporting the success of our publishing efforts. Key responsibilities include: Provide day-to-day administrative and project support to the publishing team, including scheduling, document preparation, meeting coordination, and tracking deliverables Assist with product development by monitoring timelines, documenting action items, and following up with internal partners Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, editorial, production, and sales teams to move products through the publishing process Conduct market and competitive research to support product strategy and brand decisions Help plan and coordinate events, trade shows, and promotional activities that increase brand visibility Prepare and update brand plans, presentations, reports, and leadership updates Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and partners to support publishing initiatives Maintain organized digital brand and product folders, ensuring files are current and accessible Support additional projects as needed with a flexible, can-do attitude QualificationsWhat We’re Looking For We’re seeking someone who is both detail-oriented and creative, with strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
