JOB SUMMARY

As the Senior Continuous Improvement Analyst you will be responsible to develop, implement, and sustain the operational excellence strategy within an Interpro CI System (ICIS) deployed business unit. This role serves as a key change leader, partnering with operations, functional teams, and employees to improve safety, quality, productivity, cost, and overall business performance while strengthening employee engagement and continuous improvement capabilities.

The Senior Continuous Improvement Analyst facilitates cross-functional improvement efforts, identifies and evaluates improvement opportunities, analyzes operational performance, and supports the execution and financial validation of initiatives. The position also plays an important role in cultural transformation by coaching and developing employees at all levels in ICIS principles, Lean methodologies, problem-solving techniques, and continuous improvement practices.

The successful candidate will bring previous industrial or manufacturing experience in operations, quality assurance, engineering, or continuous improvement. Strong facilitation and communication skills, combined with the ability to engage, influence, and lead diverse groups through change, are critical to success in this position.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Leads cross-functional ideation, problem-solving, and continuous improvement sessions to identify and implement operational improvement opportunities.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Identifies, prioritizes, and executes ICIS and continuous improvement initiatives that improve safety, quality, productivity, throughput, cost, and overall performance.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Analyzes operational data and monitors key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Tracks improvement initiatives, including milestones, implementation progress, sustainability, and financial impact.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Leads and facilitates Lean and structured problem-solving activities, including Value Stream Mapping, A3, 5S, root cause analysis, and other continuous improvement methodologies.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Partners with frontline employees and operational leaders to identify barriers, develop solutions, and improve work processes and performance.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Trains, coaches, and mentors employees and leaders in ICIS principles, Lean methodologies, problem-solving techniques, and continuous improvement practices.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Identifies and develops change champions while building employee engagement, ownership, and a sustainable continuous improvement culture.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Supports all phases of ICIS deployment, including preparation, implementation, stabilization, and ongoing sustainment.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Collaborates with Operations, Human Resources, Finance, IT, Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and other functions to support successful execution and validate business results.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Communicates initiative progress, performance results, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders while establishing clear actions, accountability, timelines, and measures of success.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Supports Program Office priorities, manages multiple improvement initiatives, travels up to 25% as required, and performs other duties as assigned.


EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Bachelor鈥檚 degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or another related engineering, technical, or quantitative discipline.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Minimum of 2 years of relevant industrial or manufacturing experience in operations, engineering, quality assurance, operational excellence, data analytics, or continuous improvement.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Demonstrated experience analyzing operational data and using data to identify problems, opportunities, and recommended actions.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Experience facilitating cross-functional teams, improvement activities, or structured problem-solving sessions.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Demonstrated ability to work effectively with both frontline employees and leadership in an industrial or manufacturing environment.


KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and structured problem-solving methodologies, including Value Stream Mapping, A3, 5S, and root cause analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret operational data, apply statistical methods, monitor KPIs, and translate findings into actionable improvements.
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams, improvement workshops, and problem-solving sessions.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate, influence, coach, and engage employees and leaders at all levels, including frontline operations, without direct authority.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, workflows, throughput, constraints, and operational performance within an industrial environment.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with strong organizational skills, accountability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
