Colorado Springs, CO | Full-Time | Monday-Thursday | One Remote Day Option Griffith Centers is seeking a passionate and licensed therapist to lead our Adolescent Substance Use Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) in Colorado Springs. This is an exciting opportunity for a clinician who is committed to helping teens and families navigate substance use challenges and build lasting recovery. This position provides individual, family, and group therapy services for adolescents in an intensive outpatient setting. The program operates during evening hours, allowing youth to participate while maintaining their school and family commitments. The role offers a unique 4-day work week, Monday through Thursday, with the possibility of one remote workday each week. For the right candidate, this position offers a clear pathway for professional growth. As Griffith Centers expands services to include Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Mental Health IOP programs, this role has the potential to evolve into a clinical leadership and supervisory position, helping shape new services and support a growing team. What You'll Do Facilitate engaging, evidence-based substance use treatment groups for adolescents 3 days per week during evening programming Conduct intake interviews for prospective new clients Provide individual and family therapy services that support recovery, resilience, and healthy development Complete clinical assessments, treatment planning, documentation, and discharge planning Collaborate with families, schools, referral sources, and community partners Monitor client progress and adjust treatment interventions as needed Promote a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment that fosters lasting change Contribute to program development and quality improvement efforts as services expand Qualifications Licensed Addiction Counselor preferred; or willingness to pursue.  Active Colorado licensure as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or other qualified behavioral health professional Experience working with adolescents and families preferred Experience or strong interest in substance use treatment and co-occurring mental health disorders Strong group facilitation, communication, and relationship-building skills Ability to work evening hours to accommodate program scheduling Interest in leadership, program development, and future supervisory responsibilities preferred Why Griffith Centers?
