What Our Team Says “The standard of work and the culture of providing excellent service is something I’m proud to be a part of.” — TRE Staff Member, November 2024   Position DetailsTitle: Occupational Therapist (Part‑Time) Department: Child & Family Services – Early Intervention Starting Range: $39.46–$41.12 hourly Schedule: Flexible part‑time hours — you choose your workload at 20 hours per week Reports To: Early Intervention Team Lead FLSA: Non‑Exempt What You’ll Do As a TRE Early Intervention OT, you will: Provide evidence‑based, family‑centered occupational therapy services in natural environments. Serve as a primary provider using a transdisciplinary model with strong team consultation. Assess complex feeding, swallowing, oral motor, and sensory-motor skills related to infant and early childhood feeding development. Provide evidence-based feeding interventions and caregiver coaching for infants and toddlers experiencing feeding, swallowing, oral motor, breastfeeding, bottle-feeding, and transition-to-food challenges. Conduct developmental and adaptive equipment assessments. Empower parents and caregivers to support learning within daily routines. Participate in IFSP development, reviews, and transitions. Collaborate with families, caregivers, and community partners. Maintain documentation and support targeted case management activities. Engage in professional development, mentoring, and team learning opportunities.
