What Your Days Will Look LikeĀ

  • Supervise and mentor your RBT team, supporting their clinical growth and career developmentĀ 
  • Conduct assessments and program reviews that shape each child's care planĀ 
  • Lead parent training and collaborative family meetingsĀ 
  • Partner daily with OT, PT, and SLP teammates on integrated care planning across disciplinesĀ 

Compensation

  • Hourly model: $40-51/hour
