The Job

As the Desk Agent, your friendly, energetic and professional personality will be the face of the arrival team. In this position, you will assist our guests with check-in, out and any request they have during their stay. Your standard response will become “yes, absolutely!”.  Only in-country H2Bs with Desk Agent experience who are authorized to work between November 20, 2026 - April 12, 2027 will be considered.

Requirements

To be successful as our new Desk Agent you:

• Good communication skills
• Are eager to learn and take pride in your work.
• Seek to work in a beautiful hotel where you constantly meet new people.
• Are reliable, have a flexible mind-set and like to smile.
• Previous hotel front desk and SMS computer experience recommended.
• Ability to resolve problems.
